This past Sunday, Pastor George gave a beautiful message on forgiveness and how important it is in relation to our receiving healing, finances, etc. The beauty of that message was that it all comes down to giving it over to the Lord, even if it means giving it over by faith. Even King David had to walk in forgiveness with those out to KILL HIM! But if you look at the remaining verses of Psalm 63, you will see that he knew what awaited them!!
"Those who plot to destroy me shall descend into the darkness of hell. 10They will be consumed by their own evil and become nothing more than dust under our feet. 11These liars will be silenced forever! But with the anointing of a king I will dance and rejoice along with all his devoted lovers who trust in him." Psalm 63:9-11 (TPT)
During one of my pastoral counseling sessions, I was speaking with someone about what King David alludes to in verse 10. Those that do evil against you, are sowing seed they will one day reap. This is not something to rejoice over, so do not think that King David is rejoicing in verse 11 over their demise. No, King David is rejoicing in that he relied on the anointing he received as a king and did not choose the path of destruction that leads to eternal damnation, but instead chose the path of faith that leads to eternal life!
Take a minute right now, and ask the Holy Spirit if there is unforgiveness you need to repent of and if so, give it over to God!

- Friday, October 6th is the meeting of our newest group Life In The Middle! This group is specifically for women ages 30-45 and will meet every 1st & 3rd Friday at 7pm in SLC Classroom B. Join us as we discuss life topics and make meaningful connections.
- Monday, October 9th is our weekly Radiant Discipleship group led by Pastor Cathy Grigg. Join us as we study Brother Kenneth E. Hagin's book, How to be Led by the Spirit of God – Legacy Edition! - Tuesday, October 10th is our Growing From Glory to Glory group. A time to enjoy the Word of God, good teaching, and light refreshments with other women of EMIC. They meet every 2nd & 4th Tuesdays at 12:15 pm & 6:00pm in the Hospitality Room.
- Thursday, October 12th is our Radiant meeting! Join us as we continue In The Garden with our monthly meeting at 7pm in the Chapel. Doors will open at 6:30pm with refreshments. Bring a friend as we enjoy a time of worship, the Word, and ministry. Childrens ministry is provided for ages birth – 5th grade. Registration is required but free! Register today at Radiant!!
