WE ARE FORGED IN FAITH!
Men, God is doing a special work in us and in the youth around us in these end times.
Mal 4:5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:
Mal 4:6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.
During our January Men’s Breakfast, in Pastor George’s message titled: “Men, we are being watched”, he shared how the youth around us are watching us and imitating our speech and actions by the example we set with everything we do in life.
As men of God, we have the responsibility to take on the image of Jesus in all that we do so that our lives may be a reflection of His character shining through us.
That is why one of our Men’s Ministry foundational scriptures is Proverbs 27:17:
As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens the countenance of another.
When we disciple one another intensely in the Word, we help one another achieve the countenance or the image into the image of Christ. We should be walking examples of Jesus to everyone around us as we encourage each other.
Pastor George has given us a good example to follow with his leadership just as the apostle Paul teaches us to imitate him as he imitates Christ, we too have a godly example to imitate.
The father’s blessing.
What an honor to receive the father’s blessing from Pastor George! It was a significant moment for the men of EMIC!
Gen 49:28 All these are the twelve tribes of Israel. This is what their father said to them as he blessed them, blessing each with the blessing suitable to him.
Pastor George invoked the father’s blessing on every man present and anointed and sent us as mentors, examples, and sons of the household of faith – empowered to move into the Malachi 4:5-6 end-time calling of God.

Men, unified faith is the incubator for revival!
Let’s continue to join our faith in prayer for the Key Prayer Points below that will continue throughout the month.
- That the men of EMIC and the church at large make God’s Word final authority in 2023
- Government leaders voted into office to lead according to Exodus 18:21
- Complete healing for our church family members that are overcoming.
- Greater health, prosperity and, an increased anointing for our pastors and leaders in 2023
- Abortion to be abolished at every state level
There are active opportunities to be involved in affecting each one of these areas here at EMIC, our community, schools, and patriotic involvement and through effective faith-filled prayers.
