Commander’s Corner:
What a great time we’ve had learning about honor this month! We may be wrapping up our series this week, but we always practice honor in SKA! One of the ways that we teach the Superkids to show honor is through saluting. We stand and salute each time a minister walks on stage to preach the Word of God.
This simple practice of saluting teaches the Superkids to honor God, His Word, and His people. One way that you can practice honor at home with your Superkids is to teach them to say phrases such as “yes ma’am and yes sir,” or even a simple “please and thank you!” Teaching children to honor in the simple things will lay a foundation of honor in their lives that will set them up for success!
