Have you ever felt like everyone else gets chosen for things (EX: a job promotion, to lead a group, etc.) except you?? Perhaps you’ve wondered, “What is so special about them?” or, “Why not me?” And then… you begin to pick yourself apart, as the enemy feeds you with thoughts on how you are not good enough: you do this wrong, you’re too fat/skinny, you aren’t pretty enough, and on…. and on… and on…
Yet you were purposefully chosen and created for the ONE who wanted you here – for this day and this time!! You were so important to Him, that when He looked across the expanse of time, He purposefully said, “I need her here!!” My sweet sister, you have an important assignment that God created you for. Something so important that YOU were chosen and created to accomplish it for Him. Read that again…. The ALL POWERFUL, ALL MIGHTY GOD that CREATED the earth, the universe, and everything in it, on it, and around it, could NOT accomplish it by HIMSELF – HE NEEDED YOU!!! Look at what this scripture says:
“And in love he chose us to be his very own, joining us to himself even before he laid the foundation of the universe! Because of his great love, he ordained us, so that we would be seen as holy in his eyes with an unstained innocence.“ Ephesians 1:4 (TPT)
You are seen as HOLY in HIS EYES!! That means He sees no fault in you – no imperfections!! Are there some – yes, but if you focus on HIM and not on yourself, those imperfections will turn into perfections in Him. So, stop picking yourself apart, take your eyes off of you – put them on HIM and start doing what HE chose and created you for!!

- Thursday, September 8th is Radiant! 7pm in the Chapel! Come join us for a time of ministry with guest speaker, Mrs. Beverly Erby! Beverly Erby, affectionately known as Miss. Bev, has been in ministry for over 30 years. She has been an instructor at Kenneth Copeland Bible College since its inception, but her passion is Healing Ministry and getting believers filled with the Holy Spirit. - Saturday, September 10th is our Advancing in Faith group. This group will be starting a new study using Brother Kenneth E. Hagin’s study guide, Bible Faith! We meet every 2nd & 4th Saturday of the month in the Living Room modular at 9am. This group is also available online via Zoom: Advancing in Faith Meeting ID: 343 088 9500. - Tuesday, September 13th is our Growing From Glory to Glory group. A time to enjoy the Word of God, good teaching, and light refreshments with other women of EMIC. They meet every 2nd & 4th Tuesdays at 10am in the Hospitality Room.
- Thursday, September 15th is our monthly Women’s Business Group meeting. Whether you are thinking about going into business or already own your own, this group covers multiple topics to encourage all women in the business field! They meet every 3rd Thursday at 7pm in the Living Room modular.
