Radiant Happenings! November 24th

HAPPY BLESSED THANKSGIVING RADIANT WOMEN!!

As we celebrate the day of Thanksgiving, I know many of us will bow our heads and hearts to offer a prayer of Thanksgiving to our Heavenly Father; to recall all our Lord has BLESSED us with. While many scriptures will be remembered and used in that prayer, I believe this one is probably the most connected with Thanksgiving:

A Psalm of thanksgiving {and} for the thank offering.

MAKE A joyful noise to the Lord, all you lands!
Serve the Lord with gladness! Come before His presence with singing!
Know (perceive, recognize, and understand with approval) that the Lord is God! It is He Who has made us, not we ourselves [and we are His]! We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.
Enter into His gates with thanksgiving and a thank offering and into His courts with praise! Be thankful and say so to Him, bless and affectionately praise His name!
For the Lord is good; His mercy and loving-kindness are everlasting, His faithfulness and truth endure to all generations.

Psalm 100 (AMPC)

I know for some this holiday will not be as happy an occasion due to family or close friends that have transitioned to eternity. Or, you may be without family or friends to celebrate with. However, if you will invite our Heavenly Father to come dine with you and focus on His presence, you will sense His LOVE surround you! Then, next year – be the one that seeks out others who may be alone or bereaved, and invite them to join you!! It’s a tradition my mother-in-law and father-in-law started for our family many, many years ago, and one we have continued even after my mother-in-law went home to Heaven.

Now, here’s a look at what is happening this week into next with our Radiant groups!
