Men, we are finishing up our series on The Power of the Armor of God – The Shield of Faith – during our upcoming Men’s Breakfast on June 18th, 8:00AM. You do not want to miss deeper revelation and a demonstration of the Shield of Faith!
Faith in God is the foundational confidence and assurance that we have as a gift from the Holy Spirit and the key to a prosperous and victorious life.
Have you ever wondered why your words, prayer life or requests from God don’t yield fruit? Jesus said that if we have faith the size of a mustard seed, we can move mountains with our words!
Lack of results come from the opposite of Faith which is doubt and unbelief in God’s ability to move on our words. When we consider another thought, just as Peter considered the storm around him while he was walking on water and as a result took the plunge, we then have mixed doubt and unbelief in our words, and they simply won’t work.
The devil is a liar and the father of lies. He is the master of sowing doubt and unbelief and tries to fill our minds with thoughts that are contrary to God’s truth and ability to produce results in our lives. That’s why, as Eph 6:16 says, above all take the shield of faith, because with it we quench the fiery darts of doubt and unbelief that Satan fires towards our thinking.
