Men of Prayer

WE ARE FORGED IN FAITH!

Men, a prayer anointing fell on us in July during our Men’s Breakfast! That anointing was evident during our table discipleship time as fervent prayer was released one upon another! Thank you for all who came and brought their supply of faith.

Ephesians 6:18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—

A lifestyle of faith-filled, constant, consistent, and persistent prayer and especially praying in the Spirit is what bears much fruit for what we pray according to James 5:16. Our teaching on being Men of Prayer by bringing faith into our prayers (Mark 11:24) was key to activating effective prayer that changed the atmosphere in our meeting and will realize change in the world around us.

“Under the direction of the Holy Spirit a society is transformed through the Word of faith and prayer.” – Pastor Terri

Praying in the Spirit and praying the Word of God helps us when we are uncertain as to what to pray and supports our prayers effectiveness because it’s God’s Word that does not return void according to Isaiah 55:11.

Kenneth E. Hagin – “Find scriptures that cover your case. Find scriptures that promise you the things you’re praying for and then you’ve got a solid foundation for faith.”

Kenneth E. Hagin – “Pray according to the Word. Take the Word with you when you go to prayer and you’ll get results.”

Finally, corporate and unified prayer – AS ONE Prayer – guarantees success in our prayers. When we join our faith together and pray God’s will for us, we shall have what we pray. His will for us is to prosper us, heal us, bless us, deliver us, and restore us in all things!

Mat 18:19-20  Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

Men, unified faith is the incubator for revival!

Let’s continue to join our faith in prayer for the Key Prayer Points below that will continue through August.

  • That the Fort Worth Believers Convention yield fruit that remains in a supernatural way
  • That the Convention also be covered in protection of heaven and operate in the power of the Spirit
  • America to return to the righteousness of God and stand as a light to the world
  • Abortion to be abolished at every state level
  • Record Rain to fall over every dry area affected in our communities and regions in our nation

There are active opportunities to be involved in affecting each one of these areas here at EMIC, our community, schools and voting involvement and through effective faith-filled prayers.

That is why our Men’s Ministry is designed to equip you with biblical weapons of warfare and disciple you and one another in the Word and in meaningful relationships so that we join our faith for victory!

Come and be a part of our Men’s Movement!

Our next Men’s Breakfast will be held on Saturday, August 20th at 8:00AM in the Headquarters Dining Room.

For our Ministry Table Leaders: We will be meeting on Thursday August 11th at 7:00PM. Bring your supply and come expecting!

Can’t wait to see you all!

Until then stay strong and courageous!

Love and blessings!   Pastor Al
