Thank God for the prophetic word!
I always look forward with great anticipation to the word God places on Brother Copeland’s heart for the coming year. These prophecies give us encouragement, warning and direction to help us accomplish our assignments. They are gifts from heaven that assist us in our work on earth and reveal areas we are to study and act on.
Concerning 2013, the Lord has done it again! We have received our “marching orders” through a very powerful word Brother Copeland shared during the recent Washington, D.C. Victory Campaign. Decide now to receive this word and act on it.
2013 is a year of GREAT GRACE. Stay where you are. Stay steady. Why? Your greatest BLESSING ever is at hand. No one can stop My plan for you. It is a BLESSED plan. Stay in My WORD. Stay strong in faith. Insist on walking in My commandment of love. No devil, no government, no man can curse what I have BLESSED. Believe that. Know that. You belong to Me—not the world. We will carry out THE BLESSING plan together. I am teaching you grace. Keep it on your mind throughout 2013 and beyond. Never, ever let it go. The thing that I can do that is exceeding abundantly above all you can ask or think is to make all grace abound toward you. And, that is what is happening for you and for your country, right now. Be BLESSED. Enjoy My grace. It is yours.
Study every line of this prophecy until it becomes more real to you than any negative thing the world is saying. Get it embedded into your spirit, and believe that the new year will be a year of GREAT GRACE. Position yourself to receive what God is going to teach you about His grace, and enjoy it because it’s yours.
When I first heard this word from the Lord, I immediately thought about Acts 4:33: “And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and GREAT GRACE was upon them all.”
What exactly is GREAT GRACE?
The Greek word for “grace” is charis. It is God freely extending Himself, reaching out to people because He is disposed to bless them. The Greek word for “great” is megas. We use the word mega to describe something huge. So, “GREAT GRACE was upon them all” means God had completely and fully extended Himself to the people with everything He is, has and can do.
Look at 2 Corinthians 9:8 (The Amplified Bible) in light of God extending Himself toward you with everything He is, has and can do: “And God is able to make all grace (every favor and earthly blessing) come to you in abundance, so that you may always and under all circumstances and whatever the need be self-sufficient [possessing enough to require no aid or support and furnished in abundance for every good work and charitable donation].” That is a description of GREAT GRACE!
This grace does not stop with God reaching out to us, but also through us to others. His grace causes us to become just like Him, through Christ, completely and fully extending ourselves to others with everything He is, has and can do.
GREAT GRACE flowed from God to others in Acts 4:34-37. “Neither was there any among them that lacked: for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold, And laid them down at the apostles’ feet: and distribution was made unto every man according as he had need.” That was a demonstration of grace in action.
“Father, we thank You for Your GREAT GRACE which is upon us. We now commit to allow this grace to flow to us and through us to others. You have already given us all that is Yours. Now, flow through us to others. Our hearts are wide open to receive and distribute Your grace.”
Enjoy sharing God’s grace this Christmas and throughout 2013!
