Pastors George & Terri Pearsons have been traveling to Israel for over 25 years and have a rich depth of understanding of the Bible as well as of the historical and modern State of Israel. They will introduce you to not only the Land of Israel (Eretz) but also the people of Israel (Am)!
Enjoy ten powerful days where you will walk where Jesus walked, stand in the heartland of Biblical promise, and understand the modern reality of Israel’s sovereignty and security. You can get shekels before you leave the USA or you can exchange dollars for shekels once you land. If you use the ATM, you can get shekels after arriving in Israel.
3. Luggage
- Make sure you can easily manage whatever luggage you bring.
- Typically, people bring 1 large suitcase, 1 roller bag carryon suitcase and a purse/backpack.
- Pack essentials in your backpack or carryon suitcase (prescriptions, glasses, snack, a change of clothes, documents, anything you can’t live without).

- Maximum weight not to exceed 50 pounds in Economy class and Premium Economy, and 70 pounds in Business class.
- Airline baggage fees will apply for extra bags and overweight bags.
- Carry-on baggage must not exceed 45 inches and must conform to the under seat shape of 9 × 14 × 22 inches with a maximum weight of 17 pounds.

4. Israeli Electrical Voltage
- Israel uses a Type C plug with 2 round pins (or a Type H plug with 3 round pins for grounded devices). Power plugs on USA devices are different, so you will need a Power Plug Adapter in Israel for your USA device.
- The standard voltage is 230 volts vs. USA 110/120 volts. A Voltage Converter will step down 230V to 120V power.
- If you plug your 110/120v device straight in the wall, it will overheat and possibly burn up. Devices not rated for 230 volts will require a Voltage Converter to avoid damage.
- Make sure the Voltage Converter also covers the wattage of your device, i.e. if the voltage converter is rated for 1000W, it will not work for a 1500W curling iron.
- If you use a curling iron or other electronics, you may want to purchase one on Amazon that is dual voltage, so you do not need a voltage converter. You will still need an adapter to plug it into the wall.
- Hotels will have blow dryers in your room.
5. Medications/Prescriptions
- It is your responsibility to carry with you any medical prescriptions and/or medication you need, or may need, during the tour.
- Keep your medications in your carry-on luggage in the event that your luggage is lost or does not arrive on time. Replacement medications are costly, may be difficult to obtain and will be at your expense.
- Over the counter medicine: If you think you will need it, please bring it.
