Train Like a Champion With These Messages from Pastor George Pearsons

Your Faith Is Coming Alive in 2025! Pastor George invites you to train like a faith champion. The following messages will coach you through how to locate your faith, then develop your faith. Discover whether you have no faith, misplaced faith, little faith, weak faith, shipwrecked faith, unfeigned faith or great faith. No matter where you are in your faith, you can grow stronger so your faith will come alive in 2025!

My Faith Is Coming Alive In 2025!

Watch Pastor George teach about the various types of faith and how to grow your faith. Once you locate your own faith, you can follow the Apostle Paul’s strategic faith development plan to grow your faith from little to great! As you do, your faith will come alive in 2025!

Put God’s Word First Place In Your Life

Developing a championship faith—a faith large on the inside—requires receiving Jesus as the Developer of your faith, then allowing Him to develop your faith by putting your faith on the line. Every time you step out and stand on the Word of God, you put your faith on the line. Pastor George teaches you the 7 Fundamentals of God’s Word so you can give the Word first place and make it final authority in your life!

How You Put God’s Word First Place In Your Life

Putting God’s Word first place in your life means looking to God’s Word for the answer to every situation you face. In this video, Pastor George reminds you that when you do, you are seeing with the eye of faith, hearing with the ear of faith, speaking with the mouth of faith, and thinking thoughts of faith. Whatever you need—healing, finances, peace or wisdom—the Word of God has your answer. As you put God’s Word first place in your life, you can overcome every adversity the enemy throws your way because you are a champion of faith!

What Is Championship Faith?

You may not feel like this is your championship year. You may look around and see that nothing in your life looks like it’s a championship year. Hebrews 11:1 says, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” (NKJV). Right in the middle of your situation, declare, “I am a champion in Christ!” Faith declares the end from the beginning. Watch Pastor George as he coaches you on how to train yourself as a faith champion, and discipline yourself to say only what the Word says about you. As you build yourself up in the Word of God, your championship faith goes to work producing results in your life!

The Forces of Championship Faith

For a sports team to win a championship, it must be aggressive. Faith is an aggressive force in the spirit. The Apostle Paul used examples likes boxing and running to demonstrate that faith is an “all-out” effort to win! In this video, learn from Pastor George how to exercise the three forces of faith: the power to remove, the power to receive and the power to release. When you operate in the three forces of championship faith, you are just like God. He framed the world with faith, and you can frame your world with words of faith. Say this prayer aloud to release anyone in your life who has hurt or offended you in any way:

A Confession of Forgiveness

I choose a life of forgiveness.
By faith, I forgive everyone of everything.
I release everyone of offense and hurt.
I release everyone of every evil thing done to me.
I blot it out by the power of Jesus’ blood.
I refuse to harbor bitterness or anger any longer.
I put it out of my memory.
I cut the cord and let it go.
I cancel the debt.
By faith, I receive my forgiveness for everything I have ever done.
By faith, I forgive myself.
My faith is strong and I am free in Jesus’ Name.

Overcome Pressure Like a Faith Champion With This Confession

Pressure will try to creep in through thoughts. You may not even realize it, but thoughts will whisper to you, causing you to assume all kinds of things. Pastor Terri reminds you by the word of the Lord: “Stop fear-filled speculations and doubt-filled assumptions. Instead, embrace faith-filled expectations.” You have to recognize those thoughts and stop them. Begin now by saying the following:

Confession In Response to Pressure

In the Name of Jesus, I stand on the Word of God.
Pressure, I speak to you: Get off me now! Be thou removed! Be thou cast into the sea!
God has not given me the spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
I have the peace of God that passes all understanding.
I cast all my care, all that worry, all that anxiety over onto You, God, right now in the Name of Jesus!
I have victory! I’m walking in victory!
This is my championship year and I take hold of this. I take my stand. And that Word settles it! I am free! I am delivered!
Pressure, leave now in Jesus’ Name.
I refuse the pressure and stress. I choose instead to enter the rest.

As you continue to feed on the Word of God, the Word will paint a picture of a faith-filled expectation for your life. Whatever you are believing God for, you can receive because you put the Word of God first place in your life and continue to stand on it in faith. Rejoice because 2025 is your championship year!

Biblical word definitions in the Greek and in Hebrew often reveal different intended descriptions than what we translate in our own English language definitions. One example of that is believing that kindness reflects niceness or niceties in the Bible and attaching that description to the character of Jesus. The problem with that is that there is no scripture identifying Jesus as nice but instead – kind. Kindness in the Greek is the word “chrestos” which is defined as: fit for use and virtuous. “Or do you not presume on the riches of His kindness and forbearance and patience, not knowing God’s kindness is meant to lead you to repentance” Romans 2:4 ESV The kindness of God has a goal: to develop you, transform you, correct you and empower you. Kindness teaches but niceness appeases. If Jesus wanted to be nice, He would have calmed the storm before He asked Peter to step out of the boat and walk on the water. Instead, it was the kindness of Jesus extending His hand to Peter for the purpose of developing his faith during the storm. “He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?” Micah 6:8 ESV We can see here that justice and humility are grouped with kindness. Being nice can subvert justice from a place of not getting involved but kindness demands action for the greater good. Please see the men’s breakfast video and Ps. “The chaos of the end times will require the spiritual focus of disciplined men” -Ps. Al Men, during our March Men’s Breakfast we discussed the need to increase good godly habits in order to grow as men of God so that we will better hear Him and take on His image. “A man without self-control is like a city broken into and left without walls.” Proverbs 25:28 ESV Developing a disciplined life requires us to not just stop doing unfruitful things but also filling those voids with doing things that edify and mature you in Christ. 7 Holy Habits (disciplines) to grow into Mature Manhood Increase your daily intake of God’s Word.
