Meet the pastors

Meet Pastors George & Terri Pearsons

Pastors George and Terri Pearsons are the Senior Pastors of Eagle Mountain International Church, a church serving Newark, Texas and the greater Fort Worth area. Since 1993, they have faithfully led the church with a shared commitment to teaching God’s Word, building strong faith, and helping people live victoriously in every area of life.



Their story began in 1975 at Oral Roberts University, where they met and began a lifelong partnership rooted in faith, ministry, and a calling to serve others. For nearly five decades, they have ministered together both locally and around the world, impacting lives through the local church, international outreach, and biblical teaching.

A Heart for the Local Church

At Eagle Mountain International Church, George and Terri are passionate about creating a place people can call home — a church family where individuals and families can grow in faith, build meaningful relationships, and experience God’s love in everyday life.

Through their teaching, leadership, and personal care, they are committed to discipling believers and strengthening families across generations.

George Pearsons

Pastor George leads with a shepherd’s heart and a deep love for people. His greatest honor is serving and caring for God’s people while helping them grow strong in the Word of God.


As a teacher and author, George is known for his clear, practical teaching style that builds strong, unwavering faith. His ministry emphasizes living by faith, applying God’s Word to everyday life, and standing firm in God’s promises.



He has also ministered through television and teaching, including co-teaching hundreds of broadcasts on Believer’s Voice of Victory, reaching audiences around the world with messages of faith and biblical prosperity.

Terri Pearsons

Terri Pearsons brings a deep spiritual heritage and a powerful passion for prayer. As the eldest daughter of Kenneth Copeland, she grew learning the importance of faith and the power of prayer from an early age.


Today, Terri helps people encounter the presence of God, understand their identity in Christ, and develop a strong, consistent prayer life. Her teaching equips believers to pray with confidence and authority.


She is also the author of An Encounter With Him, where she shares practical insights and personal experiences that help others grow deeper in their relationship with God.


In addition to her teaching ministry, Terri played a foundational role in launching the Believer’s Voice of Victory television broadcast, helping establish its global reach.

Equipping the Next Generation

George and Terri also serve as President and Vice President of Kenneth Copeland Bible College, where they are committed to training and equipping the next generation of believers to live by faith and fulfill their God-given purpose.



Their influence extends globally, but their heart remains rooted in the local church — walking closely with people, raising up leaders, and building a strong, faith-filled community.

Family

George and Terri are devoted to their family. They have two children, Jeremy and Aubrey, and are blessed with seven grandchildren. Their commitment to family reflects their belief in building strong homes grounded in faith, love, and God’s Word.
