YOUTHCON 2027 is a gathering for the next generation and is open to anyone who is 12-18 years old. Adult volunteers + leaders are encouraged to attend with the students they lead.

Adults cannot attend on their own.

The current price for YOUTHCON 2027 is FREE.

Although the conference is free, please note that students will have to register prior to YOUTHCON in order to receive lunch + dinner.

While speakers are an important part of YOUTHCON 2027, the most important name to us is the name of Jesus!

Lunch and Dinner will be provided for FREE both March 18th and 19th. Due to a wide range of food allergies and dietary restrictions, we are unable to accommodate special requests regarding lunch or dinner. There will be a two hour break during lunch time and dinner time, students and leaders are welcomed to leave campus and grab a lunch or dinner from the nearest restaurants at their own expense.

Professional cameras (DSLR or with a detachable lens), flash photography, or video or audio recordings are not allowed during Sessions as we desire that everyone be free from distraction to experience YOUTHCON 2027.

Yes. 14Forty has negotiated a discounted rate with various hotels near Newark, TX. YOUTHCON 2027 hotel blocks are available now. Attendees and Volunteers are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements.

Yes, parking will be available for YOUTHCON 2027.

All attendees are responsible for finding alternative lodging, please refer to the hotels link to see the selected rates with partnering hotels. 

All attendees are responsible for securing their own travel accommodations. 14Forty is unable to assist in the travel to Kenneth Copeland Ministries.

You may apply to be a Volunteer if you are a graduated 18 years old or over the age of 18. For the gathering to be possible, we ask Volunteers to be available to serve throughout the entire gathering in various roles. If you are interested in becoming a Volunteer for YOUTHCON 2027, apply today!

Yes, college students can be volunteers.

The ALL IN YOUTHCON 2027 Volunteer application is available here [add link to form]. Applications will begin to be processed in January 2027.

Your schedule for ALL IN YOUTHCON 2027 will depend on your specific team assignment, which will be communicated by your Team Lead. However, you should be prepared to be available to serve through the entire gathering.

Auditorium doors will open 30 minutes before service but you are welcome to arrive to the property before that!

Volunteers will need to be available to serve through the end of YOUTHCON 2027 and for breakdown following Day 2. Your Team Leads will release you once your responsibilities are completed.

We realize that emergencies sometimes arise and alter your availability to serve. If you apply and later find out that you cannot serve, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can fill your position. Teams experience significant challenges if notice is not given, so the earlier you can let us know, the better.

Seating is first come first serve. Doors will open 30 minutes before service. You may arrive early to save your seat.

We do not have a recommended leader-to-student ratio. We trust that you know what is best for your group.

There are no limits on number of leaders or age of leaders.

We require that adult leaders register themselves along with each individual within the group.
