Official Title: Assistant Music Minister

First and foremost, I am a follower of Jesus! I’m also Charity’s husband and Joel’s dad. I am passionate about leadership and discipleship and teaching people to use their God-given skills for the advancement of His Kingdom. I am also a huge Texas Rangers, Dallas Cowboys, and Dallas Mavericks fan.

I was born overseas while my father served in the United States Air Force. In typical military kid fashion, I’ve lived all over the world and had the opportunity to experience a variety of different cultures. I was raised in a Christian home and accepted Jesus at a very young age. My family settled in Waco, Texas during my high school years, where I lived until 2007 when I moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma to attend Oral Roberts University. It was there where I met my wife, Charity while working in the ORU Worship department. As a student at ORU, I was blessed to be able to travel the world and lead worship with an amazing group of students and staff, many of whom are still close friends of ours to this day. Charity and I were married in 2012 and had our first child, Joel, in 2015. We have served together in worship, youth, and young adult’s ministry. In 2016, we felt the call of God pulling us to Eagle Mountain International Church, and have served on the staff here since November of 2016.

I serve as a Student Ministries Minister overseeing our Creative and Discipleship programs in SuperKid Academy, 14forty, and The Bridge. I am passionate about developing worship and creative leaders and building the future of the church by helping people find their gifts and use them for the advancement of the Kingdom. I also play guitar and lead worship across campus in student ministries and adult services.
