About Brenda Ballinger
Who Am I?
My name is Brenda Ballinger. I was born in Lubbock, Texas, and graduated from Texas Tech University. It was there that I met my amazing husband, Fred. After completing our college education, we moved to Fort Worth and began living out the dream God placed in our hearts. Our greatest blessing has been our four beautiful children, Brian, Brad, Beth, and Blake, and two precious grandchildren. We are definitely looking forward to more grandchildren in the future.
As a child, I was so hungry to read and study the Word of God and to experience a close relationship with the Lord. After Fred and I were married, I was invited to attend a Bible study that was connected to Eagle Mountain International Church. It was there that I was baptized in the Holy Spirit and was introduced to the teaching ministry of Kenneth Copeland, as well as Pastors George and Terri Pearsons. Our family joined EMIC in 1996. In 2001, God opened doors for me to join the church staff as a Small Groups Pastor.
What I Do
As I began launching groups, it became apparent to me in prayer that my passion was for the women of the church. I now have the privilege of serving Pastor Terri and the women of EMIC as the Women’s Ministry Pastor. Some of my responsibilities include women’s ministry events, oversight of various women’s groups, coordination of women’s hospitality, and the discipleship of some amazing women leaders. What an honor it is to serve the Lord and our Pastors in this capacity.
