What a powerful time we’ve had at The Bridge these last few weeks…and it just keeps getting better and better! We’ve spent the last several weeks diving into a series called “Fruits & Roots,” a study of the fruit of the Spirit. As we’ve dug deeper into the word and examined each individual fruit, the Lord has moved mightily in our services. We’ve seen people saved, healed, filled with the Holy Spirit, and renewed in their commitment to Him.
The Passion Translation says that the fruit of the Spirit is “love in all its varied expressions (Galatians 5:22).” When love is the source, the fruit of the Spirit follow and change absolutely everything in our lives. This series has challenged and inspired our young adults to live their lives from the root of the love of God, and we are seeing the fruit of the Spirit show up in every area!

In addition, we held our last campus outreach gathering at TCU on Sunday, May 1 and saw a record number of students come out to worship the Lord. We gave away a prize of free coffee at a local coffee shop for the whole semester at our semester-ending worship night. Over twenty TCU students experienced the presence of God and were equipped to finish their semester strong. We are excited about what God is doing in our local college campuses and are expectant of a continuation of what He’s done this semester as we look forward to the fall!
