Commander’s Corner:
No fear here! At Superkid Academy, we know that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind! This week, we’re learning how to pray fearless prayers. We see in Daniel chapter 6 that Daniel was faced with a choice. He could pray to God, or he could fear the king. Daniel chose to pray fearless prayers, and God protected him!
Just like Daniel prayed in the face of persecution, our Superkids can pray fearless prayers, regardless of what’s happening around them. Help your children grow in prayer by reminding them to spend time in the secret place each day!
Electives:
This Wednesday night, we are beginning another round of electives! 1st & 2nd graders will learn more about the EMIC Core Values in Basic Training, while 3rd – 5th graders will switch classes. Your Superkids do not want to miss this time of fun discipleship!
-God & Science: Lt. Reggie will teach the Superkids about the Word of God through fun science experiments!
-Prayer: Lt. Cmdr. Geana will teach the Superkids how to pray in the spirit of faith!
-Tech: Captain Don will teach the Superkids how to operate broadcast technology!
