Commander’s Corner:
This week Superkids are learning about the shield of faith and the sword of the Spirit! The Bible tells us that “the just shall live by faith,” and “without faith it’s impossible to please God” (Hab. 2:4, Heb. 11:6). Taking up the shield of faith will stop the fiery darts of the enemy. We want our kids to know how to use the shield of faith! It’s important to teach our children how to take up the sword of the Spirit as well! When our Superkids know what the Word of God says about their situations, they are better equipped to defeat the enemy and stand in a place of victory!
Wednesday Night:
Our lesson in Chapter and Verse this week is “I Am Obedient.” Superkids will learn about when Daniel and his friends refused to eat the king’s food because of their commitment to God. Kids, as well as adults, encounter peer pressure. We will equip our children to not give into peer pressure and stay obedient to the Word of God!
Camp Check-in:
Saturday, May 27th: Luggage Drop Off for local campers from 9:00am-11:00am.
Sunday, May 28th: Camp Health checks from 8:00am-9:30am. Students will go into the main sanctuary with their families for a camp kick off service! Afterwards they will check into the SLC auditorium with one of their camp counselors and load the bus for camp!

Matthew 7:24 says, “Anyone who listens to my teaching and follows it is wise, like a person who builds a house on solid rock.” Join us for a 3-day event filled with groundbreaking fun activities! During Vacation Bible School we are going to teach children how to build their life on a solid foundation by putting the Word of God first place. Each day your child will fuel up at our daily chapels with entertaining drama skits, praise & worship, and a Bible based message! They will also enjoy fun activities such as gametime, arts & crafts, fueling up at our snack stations, & kid-friendly building projects!
